We offer free returns for UK orders.

At Medina Aromatics, providing the highest quality products to our customers is our passion, and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. If something is not right, get in touch and we'll pay return shipping costs from the US and issue you a refund for the product ordered. You have up to 45 days to return items to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment if items are unopened; store credit will be granted for opened items. Opened or used items may receive a partial refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue cash refunds for gift cards.

If your order arrived damaged, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost to you.

We cannot pay for the shipping of returns for orders outside of the United Kingdom.
